Andy believes that creativity can and should be encouraged to flourish in all walks of life – from the office, to the artist’s studio to your home. For many years, Andy worked to encourage the power of creativity with corporate teams whilst in his spare time helping to nourish that creative spark in communities that often did not have the support or resources to allow free reign to their imaginations.
It might seem obvious now, but it was a real EUREKA moment when Creators’ Club, powered by Creative Flourishing was born. As a mission driven organisation, Creative Flourishing uses its resources to support creators and communities who need a little extra help to unlock their creativity. What our communities can achieve, together, as part of Creators’ Club inspires the work we bring to more corporate environments and on the flip side, the success we see teams bringing to their workplaces empowers us to continue our Creator’s Club outreach. It’s a beautiful, creative circle that we truly believe makes everyone a winner.

5. Neuro-diversity

Neurodiversity is a guiding principle in how Andy coaches, facilitates, and collaborates. It reminds him to lead with curiosity, create flexibility, and build environments where all kinds of thinkers and feelers can thrive.
