About Andy
Purpose & Mission

Meet Andy
For over a decade, I’ve worked as Coach, Integrative Facilitator and Organisational Development Consultant – delivering training programs in partnership with leading organisations around the world.
I’ve been fortunate to work on projects spanning the corporate, education, and public sectors, collaborating with clients such as Adidas, Santander, Shelter, and Dyson, Social Enterprises and Government Organisations . To date, I’ve worked with over 10,000 individuals, including CEOs, managers, entrepreneurs, youth leaders, and changemakers!
Andy founded The Creative Flourishing company as a vehicle to expand his mission and continue partnering with leaders organisations, freelancers, and aspiring creative entrepreneurs. Alongside this, he shares research, tools, and thought leadership on creativity, aiming to inspire and empower others.
From this vision, Creators Club® emerged in 2017—a community born from Andy’s personal experience as a creative freelancer seeking community, continued professional development growth and creative collaboration.

Turning Insight Into Empowerment
By turning insight into practical tools and shared frameworks, the aim is to help individuals and groups better understand themselves, unlock potential, and translate ideas into meaningful impact. The journey is ongoing, researching, testing, and refining ways to empower others to flourish creatively.

ANDY’S JOURNEY
2007 – Design sparks the question “how do ideas become real?”
Design sparks the question “how do ideas become real?”Industrial and furniture design drew me into creativity itself—its psychology and methods. I built things (with generous technicians), explored Donald Norman’s user-centred design, and ran playful projects like “Bouncing Red”, “Re-Build” and “3 Chairs.” Inspired by Rich, Tom, and Art College detours, I discovered process over product and laid foundations for coaching and facilitation.
2011 – Depression, mental health, and a catalyst for growth
A difficult year reoriented everything. Therapy, reflection, and support seeded compassion, resilience, and a deeper curiosity about the mind. That inner work became the quiet engine behind my practice, sharpening empathy, normalising vulnerability, and shaping how I design learning spaces where people can safely stretch, stumble, and start again.
2012 – The Jam, applied improv, and Designers in Disguise
Global Service Jam rocked my world, I stepped into creative leadership with help of Adam and Marcus. I found improvisation and applied improv became a toolkit that still underpins my facilitation, coaching, and community-building style today. Designers in Disguise ignited a project in organisational development consultancy with the CEO of Tesco.
2013 / Facilitation, experiential learning, and youth empowerment
Thrown into PRUs, classrooms, outdoor centres, and global summits with Future Foundations, MyBnk and others, I learned to guide experiences, not teach ‘conventionally‘. Enterprise, leadership, and social action programs unlocked self-directed learning for thousands of young people. Those five formative years forged my trainer-facilitator identity and a lifelong love for “learning by doing.”
2016 – Corporate training, executive coaching, and hackathons
I carried experiential methods into business: high-energy workshops, coaching for emerging leaders, and rapid innovation hackathons. The blend of clarity, challenge, and creative stretch, helped teams solve real problems fast. This was the bridge from youth work to organisational impact, proving playfulness and performance aren’t opposites, they’re partners.
2017 – Creators Club, first book, leadership in action
Creators Club launched as a home in London for curious makers and brave conversations. I published my first book, Feeling Lost & Finding Your Way, and doubled down on practical leadership: communication, coaching, and culture. The community model-peer learning plus facilitated momentum became a signature: build confidence, ship projects, and support each other through the messy middle.
2018 – Expansion, world travel, and Creators Festival
Creators Club grew across cities and formats. Travels broadened perspectives; the Creators Festival gathered artists, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs to share tools, stories, and experiments. It inspired the idea: when you connect creativity with community and structure, people accelerate together.
2020 – Covid pivots, podcasts, and survival creativity
When the world paused, we reinvented delivery: remote workshops, digital sprints, and a playful podcast to keep ideas moving (albeit 4 episodes of Wisdom or Waffle). It was scrappy and human, navigating uncertainty and finding laughter where we could. The lesson: constraints can concentrate creativity and community can carry us.
2022 – Human Synergistics, Organisational Development and London roots
I deepened the organisational lens with Human Synergistics, linking mindset, culture, and performance. Coaching and OD engagements scaled from teams to systems and cross-cultural integrations. Amid the work, I bought a modest home in London and foud a local tennis club that’s a home from home.
2023 – Coaching for growth and Homelessness
My coaching practice centred further into sustainable growth, helping clients balance ambition with capacity, revenue with rhythm, and progress with wellbeing. My volunteering endeavoured shift from Education to Homelessness, a cause I deeply care about supporting.
2024 – Creative Flourishing rebrand and the return of away days
Creative Flourishing emerged as the umbrella for coaching, consultancy, and facilitation. In-person away days roared back; online learning matured. We focused on strategic clarity, creative momentum, and cultures where people can actually do their best work, together and on purpose.
2025 – Applied Improv and Neurodiversity in focus
This year I flexed my performing muscles with live improv, balancing stage play with applied improvisation in my facilitation and coaching. Following my ADHD diagnosis in 2024, I enrolled in a formal course to deepen my knowledge of neurodiversity, translating personal insight into richer support for leaders, teams, and creatives.
