Welcome to
Creators Club
The space where creative ambition is nurtured, developed and inspired
Our Mission
Creators Club exists to transform the gig economy from a place of isolation and hustle into a space for growth, connection, and creative flourishing. Freelancing promises freedom, but too often leaves people without the support, belonging, and inspiration they need to thrive. At Creators Club, we believe independence doesn’t have to mean going it alone. This is a community where your creativity becomes your greatest currency and collaboration fuels new opportunities.
The rise of the gig economy, freelance culture, and portfolio careers has empowered individuals, while also creating fragmentation and loneliness. In response, there’s a growing appetite for community, collaboration, and shared purpose.

Who Are Creators?
Creators are people who bring imagination to life. They turn ideas into action, dreams into projects, and visions into movements. Some are freelancers shaping their own path, others are artists exploring new forms of expression, entrepreneurs building bold businesses, or changemakers pioneering social impact. What unites them is a drive to make something meaningful. At Creators Club, we celebrate the diversity of this journey, welcoming people of all ages, disciplines, and stages, from day one to year nine and beyond.

Who Is It For?
Creators Club is for freelancers, makers, and creative professionals who want more than just the next gig. It’s for those who value independence but also crave connection, support, and inspiration. Whether you’re a designer, writer, coach, artist, or aspiring entrepreneur, this community is a place to share ideas, swap skills, find encouragement, and build the confidence to flourish in the gig economy. If you’re tired of going it alone and want to be part of a network that lifts each other up, Creators Club is for you.

The Story
In 2017, Andy and a small group of creative freelancers found themselves yearning for something beyond solitary workspaces and coffee shop meetups. They craved community, collaboration, and a space where ideas could flow freely without competition overshadowing creativity. Thus, Creators Club was born—a home for independent creators seeking support, inspiration, and connection.
What started as trial event in a start-up in Kings Cross, quickly grew into something much bigger. Word spread among designers, innovators, and makers of all kind, looking for a community to share their work, exchange ideas, and navigate the often unpredictable journey of freelancing. The energy was contagious, each new member brought fresh perspectives, pushing the group to evolve beyond a meet-up into a movement.

The Evolution
By 2019, Creators Club had expanded into a network spanning multiple cities, with in-person workshops, online forums, and mentorship programs designed to empower freelancers in all stages of their careers. It became a haven where seasoned professionals guided newcomers, collaborations blossomed into successful businesses, and failures were seen as stepping stones rather than setbacks.
Then, in 2020, the global landscape shifted dramatically. With the rise of remote work and isolation, Creators Club adapted, leaning into virtual gatherings and digital showcases to keep the spirit alive. What could have been a time of disconnection instead strengthened the community, proving that creativity knows no boundaries, not physical, not digital, not even global.
Today, Creators Club continues to thrive, serving as a beacon for freelancers who refuse to work alone. Whether through co-working spaces, online inspiration session, or skill-sharing, it remains committed to its founding vision: to foster a culture of mutual growth, where creators lift each other up and help each thrive as independent creators!
Your ideas, imagination and energy fuel your career. Surround yourself with others who know how to nurture and multiply that value.
